JYSK customers can benefit from home delivery services for purchases made both online and in-store from a branch. Orders are delivered nationwide.

Delivery service comes with a fee. For online orders, information regarding the delivery cost will be provided on the checkout page immediately after you enter your address.

When you purchase an item online, our operator will contact you during business hours (Monday-Friday) to arrange a delivery time. If the buyer is not at the specified address at the agreed-upon time, the company will return the item to the JYSK central warehouse in Tbilisi, Lilo Settlement, Chirnakhuli St. N9. The buyer is then obliged to pick up the purchased item from this address or cover the cost of re-delivery.

ONLINE ORDER DELIVERY CONDITIONS:
Tbilisi-wide delivery takes 5-7 business days. For furniture purchases, it takes a maximum of 10 business days.
Regional deliveries will take 10-15 business days.

1) FURNITURE DELIVERY IN TBILISI AND REGIONS:

Furniture is delivered in a disassembled, packaged state.

For furniture valued under 2000 GEL in Tbilisi, carrying to floors and assembly are not included in the service.
For furniture valued over 2000 GEL purchased in Tbilisi, assembly service is included (if a freight elevator is damaged/unavailable, carrying to floors is not included in the service)*.
For orders delivered to regions, carrying to floors and assembly are not included in the service.
Regional delivery cost is determined by the item's volume (weight/size) and location.
*Note: For furniture purchased in Tbilisi valued under 2000 GEL, the cost of carrying by elevator and assembly is 100 GEL. If the elevator is damaged or unavailable, the carrying cost is determined by the number of floors - 15 GEL per floor.

2) DELIVERY OF OTHER ORDER TYPES IN TBILISI AND REGIONS:

In Tbilisi, the cost is 7 GEL (to the building entrance). Carrying to floors is not included in the service cost.
In regions, the cost is determined by the item's volume (weight/size) and location. Carrying to floors is not included in the service cost.

The customer is obligated to inspect the received items and the integrity of the item's packaging (in the case of furniture) in the presence of the courier, and only then sign the acceptance document. By signing the acceptance document, the customer confirms receiving the listed products in full and in outwardly flawless condition.

Purchased items can be picked up from the JYSK central warehouse. Address: Tbilisi, Lilo Settlement, Chirnakhuli St. N9. The pickup time must be agreed upon with the operator in advance.

IN-STORE (BRANCH PURCHASE) DELIVERY CONDITIONS:

1. TBILISI:
For transportation, elevator delivery, and assembly within Tbilisi, the cost is 100 GEL.
For furniture purchases over 200 GEL within Tbilisi, the transportation cost is 20 GEL*. Delivery is to the building entrance (carrying to floors and assembly are not included in the cost).
*Delivery of orders under 200 GEL is not available.
For transportation to the outskirts/outside of Tbilisi, the cost is 3.00 GEL per km.
For furniture purchases over 2000 GEL within Tbilisi, delivery, elevator delivery, and assembly are free of charge.
Furniture is delivered in a disassembled, packaged state.
If elevator delivery of the product is not possible (no freight elevator, elevator is damaged, product does not fit in the existing elevator), the cost of carrying 1 floor is 15 GEL.

2. KUTAISI:
For transportation, elevator delivery, and assembly within Kutaisi, the cost is 100 GEL.
For furniture purchases over 200 GEL within Kutaisi, the transportation cost is 20 GEL*. Delivery is to the building entrance (carrying to floors and assembly are not included in the cost).
*Delivery of orders under 200 GEL is not available.
For transportation to other areas, the cost is 3.00 GEL per km.
For furniture purchases over 1500 GEL within Kutaisi, delivery, elevator delivery, and assembly are free of charge.
Furniture is delivered in a disassembled, packaged state.
If elevator delivery of the product is not possible (no freight elevator, elevator is damaged, product does not fit in the existing elevator), the cost of carrying 1 floor is 15 GEL.

3. BATUMI:
For transportation, elevator delivery, and assembly within Batumi, the cost is 100 GEL.
For furniture purchases over 200 GEL within Batumi, the transportation cost is 20 GEL*. Delivery is to the building entrance (carrying to floors and assembly are not included in the cost).
*Delivery of orders under 200 GEL is not available.For transportation to other areas, the cost is 3.00 GEL per km.
For furniture purchases over 1500 GEL within Batumi, delivery, elevator delivery, and assembly are free of charge.
Furniture is delivered in a disassembled, packaged state.
If elevator delivery of the product is not possible (no freight elevator, elevator is damaged, product does not fit in the existing elevator), the cost of carrying 1 floor is 15 GEL.

When purchasing an item, the parties agree on a delivery date (it's not possible to specify the exact time). If the buyer cannot receive the order on the agreed date, the company returns the items to the following addresses:
Tbilisi: Lilo Settlement, Chirnakhuli St. N9
Batumi: Pushkin St. 33
Kutaisi: Rustaveli Ave. 141
The customer is obligated to pick up the purchased products from these addresses within 7 calendar days. The storage period may be extended based on an agreement between the parties. If the customer fails to pick up the product within the agreed-upon period, the merchant has the right to cancel the order or charge a storage fee of 5 (five) GEL per day.
If the buyer wishes for the purchased item to be redelivered, they are required to pay an additional fee for the re-delivery service.

• The customer is obligated to inspect the received items in the presence of the courier and/or seller's representative and only then sign the handover document. By signing the handover document, the customer confirms receiving the listed products in full and in outwardly flawless condition.
