Procedure for the Seller's Review of Customer Requests: To have a customer request reviewed, the customer is obligated to contact the Seller's hotline: 0322117777. If their request cannot be satisfied through telephone communication, the customer is obligated to send their request in writing to the email address lawyer@dgholding.ge, which will be reviewed by the Seller within no more than 5 (five) business days.

2. Website Usage Rules
This website is for the user's personal use only, and its use for commercial purposes is prohibited. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the user is authorized to purchase items for sale through the website on behalf of any group if the user has the appropriate authorization. The user is prohibited from decompiling, disassembling, renting, selling, licensing, or otherwise transferring the website. The user is also prohibited from monitoring networks or using programs that would allow them to obtain and use data about other users. The user is prohibited from providing false, illegal, or incorrect information to any third party through this website. The user is prohibited from copying, modifying, reproducing, publishing, distributing, displaying, or transferring the text or other content of this website to third parties for commercial purposes. Any unauthorized use of this website is prohibited. The products and information on the website may be changed or removed without prior notice. JYSK.ge does not guarantee that this website or the internet services provided through it will operate without errors or interruptions.

3. Order Placement Terms
The purchase of goods (products) or services through the online store is subject to a number of conditions that the user (buyer) fulfills. These include: Choosing a product or service and adding it to the user's cart; Registration of the user (buyer) on the site; during registration, the user's real data and current information must be entered. The user is solely responsible for the information entered during registration; Providing data is necessary for placing an order and оформление payment. An order is considered placed upon the user's agreement with the seller's current Terms of Use at that time. Note: It is best to check the stock with the operator before purchasing products.

4. Delivery Terms
The use of the delivery service is paid, which will be indicated in the case of purchasing each specific item. If the amount is reduced due to the company's fault (meaning a partial refund in case of unavailability of the product or discovery of damage), the delivery cost does not change. After purchasing the item, our operator will contact you and agree on the delivery date (it is not possible to specify the exact time). If the buyer is not at the address specified by them on the agreed day, the company will return the item to the "JYSK" central warehouse - Tbilisi, Lilo, Chirnakhuli St. N9. The buyer is obligated to pick up the purchased item from this address. If the buyer wants the purchased item to be redelivered, they will pay for this service again. The delivery time within Tbilisi is 5-7 business days, and in the case of furniture purchase - a maximum of 10 business days. Delivery to the regions will take 10-15 business days.
1. Furniture delivery in Tbilisi and regions: Furniture is issued unassembled and packaged. Within Tbilisi, carrying furniture up to GEL 2000 to floors and assembly are not included in the service; In Tbilisi, in case of purchasing furniture worth more than GEL 2000, an assembly service is available; (carrying to floors is not included in the service in case of a damaged/non-existent freight elevator)*; Carrying to floors and assembly of orders delivered to the regions are not included in the service. The delivery cost to the regions is determined by the volume (weight/size) and location of the item.
*Note: Within Tbilisi, the cost of carrying furniture up to GEL 2000 by elevator and assembly is GEL 100. In case of a damaged or non-existent elevator, the cost of carrying is determined by the number of floors - 1 floor: GEL 15.
2. Delivery of other types of orders in Tbilisi and regions:
Within Tbilisi, the cost is GEL 7 (to the entrance). Carrying to floors is not included in the service cost. In the regions, it is determined by the volume (weight/size) and location of the item. Carrying to the floor is not included in the service cost. The customer is obligated to check the received items in the presence of the courier and only then sign the acceptance-delivery document. By signing the acceptance-delivery document, they confirm receipt of the listed products in full and in externally flawless condition. Before purchasing products, you should check the stock with the operator. The purchased item can be picked up from the JYSK central warehouse. Address: Tbilisi, Lilo settlement, Chirnakhuli St. N9 The pick-up time for the order must be agreed upon with the operator in advance.

5. Payment Terms
The customer can pay for the products placed on the JYSK.ge website using a payment card. For payment of the order price made through the online store using payment cards, the following must be used: 
a. Payment cards of VISA, MASTERCARD, and AMEX systems issued by commercial banks registered in Georgia. 
b. International cards* - VISA, MASTERCARD, and ChinaUnion. 
* To use an international card, use the TBC Bank payment channel. 
c. Installment plan and method of the Bank of Georgia: Part by Part 
d. TOP Card - use the TBC payment channel for payment.

6. Item Return Policy
Based on the Law of Georgia "On Protection of Consumer Rights," in case of a remote (online) purchase of an item, the consumer has the right to refuse the contract and return the goods to the seller without stating any reason, within 14 days of receiving the goods. If you wish to cancel an online order, please email us at online@jysk.ge, indicating the reason for cancellation and your order details in the letter. The refund is processed within 5 business days of confirming the request. The burden of proving that the right of withdrawal has been exercised within the established period rests with the consumer. The full cost of returning the item is borne by the consumer. An important condition for the return of an item is that it has its original saleable condition, all accompanying accessories, and including the box (if applicable). The 14-day return policy does not apply to items whose retail price does not exceed GEL 30 (thirty). The consumer does not have the right to withdraw from the contract if: the goods were delivered to the consumer tightly sealed, were unsealed after delivery, and therefore the goods are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene; The product has been used; the consumer has the right to inspect and examine the products to the extent necessary to determine their properties, characteristics, and functioning; The product has not retained its original saleable condition, consumer properties, factory label (tag); The consumer is obligated to return the product to the seller no later than 7 calendar days from the date of notification of withdrawal from the contract. The seller is obligated to refund the consumer the amount paid for the purchase of the product, as well as, if applicable, the amount paid to cover the delivery costs (except in cases where the consumer chose a more expensive delivery service than the standard delivery service offered by the seller) within 14 days of receiving the notification of the product's return. In case of the return of an item, the seller has the right to refuse a refund until the goods are returned or the seller receives proof of shipment of the goods from the consumer, whichever occurs earlier. 7. Terms of Confidentiality and Personal Data Processing

• Delivery of goods purchased by the user (courier/transportation organization);

10. Force Majeure
The parties to the agreement are not responsible for the performance of the terms of this agreement if this is caused by a force majeure event that makes their performance impossible. Force majeure includes war, natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, fires, landslides), epidemics/pandemics, and any other circumstances beyond the control of the parties. The deadlines for the performance of obligations stipulated by this agreement will be postponed accordingly for the duration of the force majeure circumstances. During this time, the party is released from liability only for the period of the existence of the force majeure circumstance. These obligations must be fulfilled immediately after the cessation of the force majeure circumstances.
