How do I cancel an order?
If you want to cancel an online order, please write to us at online@jysk.ge. In your email, please state the reason for cancellation and your order details. Refunds are processed within 5 business days from the confirmation of the request. If you can't find an answer to your question, contact the Customer Service Center at: +995 32 2 117 777. What happens if I receive a damaged or faulty product?
We apologize if the delivered product is damaged or faulty. Please immediately contact JYSK's Customer Service Center at +995 32 2 117 777 or write to us at online@jysk.ge Note: Please provide photos, both via email and your preferred messenger. We will respond within two business days.

We offer delivery service throughout Georgia. (Excluding the occupied territories of Georgia)
Delivery time 5-7 business days
The maximum delivery period within Tbilisi is 7 business days, and for furniture purchases, a maximum of 10 business days. Deliveries to regions will occur within 10-15 business days.
*Furniture is delivered in a disassembled, packaged state;
Parcel delivery within Tbilisi: Small, light orders - e.g., robes, towels, and bedding.
Delivery time: 5-7 business days
Freight delivery within Tbilisi: Large, heavy orders - e.g., furniture, wardrobes, beds.
Delivery time: Maximum 10 business days
Online orders can be received in any region throughout Georgia.
Regional delivery time: 10-15 business days
- The courier will contact you 30-60 minutes before delivery.
- If the buyer is not at the specified address on the agreed day, the company returns the item to JYSK's central warehouse, at: Tbilisi, Lilo Settlement, Chirnakhuli St. N9. The buyer is obliged to pick up the purchased item from this address. If the buyer wishes for the purchased item to be re-delivered, they will cover the delivery cost.

Online order pickup
Online purchased items can be picked up from the JYSK central warehouse. Address: Tbilisi, Lilo Settlement, Chirnakhuli St. N9. The pickup time must be agreed upon with the operator in advance.
How to purchase an item on JYSK
To purchase an item on JYSK, you need to register and fill in all desired fields. Add your desired products to the cart, specify the address where you wish to receive the purchased item, and select the payment method. JYSK gift cards can be used in any JYSK store in Georgia. The gift card is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. You can purchase the card both online and at any JYSK Georgia store. Its use is possible - only in stores.
